2011 Rocky Mountain Rural Trauma Symposium

Dates: Sept. 22-23, 2011

Location: Red Lion Hotel,      Kalispell, MT

About 285 people attended the 24th annual education/training symposium for physicians, advanced practitioners, nurses and emergency medical services working in the rural environment.

Next year's symposium is set for Sept. 13-14, 2012, at the Best Western GranTree Inn in Bozeman, MT.

This continuing nursing education activity was approved by Montana Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.

Nurses/LPN/RN/CNPs are eligible for 11.75 hours of continuing education for attending both days of the symposium.

Pre-Hospital/EMTs are eligible for 11.75 hours of continuing education for attending both days of the symposium.

Should the medical attendee so choose, attendance at this conference can qualify for self-reported, self-documented AMA PRA Category 2-Type Activities CME hours.
